We met Foni for the first time almost a decade ago. Not sure if it was in Winterthur bowl or Agroskate festival in Gernika, it doesn’t matter. We fell in love with the humble asturian shredder instantly.

It`s been a while since Xandi hit the road. Back in 2011 he sold or gave away all his stuff, packed a bag and his tattomachine and left germany behind. We did that SCREWED ad in confusion magazine back then with a text saying: “shooting ink and surfing couches round the globe”.
